How Jirify operates

Jirify is a sole proprietorship operating from Bangladesh, with a planned international holding-company structure. We provide business and technology services to founders, professionals, startups, SMEs, corporations, and international businesses.

Every engagement is classified into one of four delivery models so clients understand who performs the work and who is accountable for the outcome.

Work performed directly by Jirify: strategy, business documentation, website and software development, AI and automation, digital operations, growth support, and long-term maintenance.

Jirify manages the process end-to-end but engages third parties for execution — for example, design specialists, translators, or localisation partners. Jirify remains the client's point of contact.

Regulated activities — company incorporation, corporate secretarial, legal advice, tax filings, notarisation, and licensing — are delivered by independent licensed partners in each jurisdiction. Jirify coordinates but does not perform these services and is not a law firm, tax authority, or licensed corporate service provider.

Registry approvals, tax registrations, licences, visas, and bank account decisions are made by government authorities and financial institutions. Jirify prepares and coordinates submissions but cannot control or guarantee those outcomes.

We do not guarantee incorporation, tax residency, banking approval, visa outcomes, or any regulator decision. We disclose known risks and timelines before engagement.

Every proposal separates Jirify professional fees from government fees, licensed-partner fees, hosting, domain, cloud, software licences, and taxes. See pricing.

Client information, business plans, and technical materials shared with Jirify are treated as confidential and are used only to deliver the agreed services. Written confidentiality terms are included in every proposal.

Form submissions and client records are stored in our managed backend with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is role-restricted. See the privacy policy for details on collection, retention, and rights.

For fully paid custom software and website engagements, Jirify transfers source code, deployment configuration, and documentation to the client on completion, unless the proposal explicitly specifies a licensed or hosted model.

Cancellation and refund terms are specified in each proposal. Work already performed and third-party fees already paid on the client's behalf are non-refundable. Undelivered work is refundable pro rata where reasonable.

Concerns can be raised through contact with the subject "Complaint". We acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within ten business days.

Unresolved complaints can be escalated to the founder directly at founder@jirify.net. For regulated partner services, escalation paths follow the partner's own complaint procedure and the applicable regulator in their jurisdiction.

Country pages, pricing, and legal content include a last-reviewed date. Rules and fees change; we review featured jurisdictions periodically and re-verify before any client submission.

We use managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, least-privilege roles, encrypted client-document storage with signed URLs, audit logs on privileged actions, and environment-based secret management. Sensitive credentials are never stored in frontend code.
