Challenge

The team needed a manufacturing solution that shop-floor operations dashboard — without the fragility of stitched-together tools or the overhead of a full custom platform on day one.

Approach

We ran a focused discovery, defined the smallest end-to-end slice that would prove the model, and built on React + MQTT so the platform could grow without a rewrite.

Outcome

A prototype product with clear metrics, a documented architecture, and a delivery cadence the internal team can sustain.
